Instructions-To Enroll
  • Click on the "Personal" or "Business" button (click on "Personal", but if your business has a separate Tax ID will you need to click on "Business") and another screen will appear.
  • Click on "Personal Enrollment Form Agreement" or "Commercial Enrollment Form Agreement", read the agreement, then close the window and click on "I Agree".
  • An Enrollment Form will appear. Fill out all required boxes and click on "Submit". A password will be sent to you in 3 to 5 business days.
Instructions-To Sign In for the First Time
  • In the "Username" box above, type in the User ID you received in the mail and click on "Login".
  • Another screen will pop up asking for a password, type in the password you received by mail. At this time, you will be prompted to change your password. Your new password must include eight letters and one number, and it is case sensitive.
  • An image will appear, and you will be asked to type in a phrase to go with the image. This image and phrase will appear every time you log in.
  • You will be asked to select and answer three security questions. Each time you log in, you will be asked to answer one of your security questions before you can proceed.
